How to brew:

For weeks I would wake up a few times throughout the night which had become very frustrating. This tea had all the benefits I needed to get a good night's sleep and it is my favorite color Blue. The smell of the tea blend even before steeping is calming. I did not use sweetener and it taste so amazing. As I sipped, smelled and stared into the Blue Serenitea I could feel my body relaxing. I purchased this tea based on the excitement and passion of this young lady providing explanations of her product. I received my package and drank the tea the following night and OMG!!!!!! I tracked my sleep which was 7 hrs and 54 minutes (which may I add I do not sleep that long). I used the tea along with the magnesium oil for aches and pains in my neck and I had very minimal pain. I was able to sleep like a baby. I lOVE IT!!!
